Four level filtrationThe wastewater, grease, and slag processed by the pretreatment module are further filtered by a fine slag interceptor to remove some of the fine slag.

Five level separation:After entering the deepening processing module, the oil-water mixture undergoes thorough separation of slag, water, and oil under the action of the eddy current centrifugal separation settling system.

Level 6 oil guide:After being processed by the eddy current centrifugal separation settling system, the oil level detection system detects the oil layer, opens the automatic valve, and the upper layer of grease is gradually discharged from the oil collection tank through the spinning type automatic oil guiding system, and then discharged into the oil drum through the automatic valve.

Grade 7 slag guide:After being processed by the eddy current centrifugal separation settling system, fine particles of slag gradually settle to the bottom of the conical large settling bin. A slag guide system is installed in the slag collection well, which guides the separated slag out of the bin and finally discharged into the slag bucket.

Eight level floating slag treatment systemIn order to further improve water quality and avoid the situation of substandard water quality caused by human factors, a scum treatment system is set up to effectively collect and treat a small amount of residual scum.

Nine level flushing device:In order to avoid blockage of the slag interception device in the preprocessing module, a flushing device is installed to flush the slag interception device with treated purified water to avoid blockage.

Level 10 sewage improvement:The treated sewage that meets the standard is lifted and discharged into the municipal pipeline through an external lifting pump.
